Your health and making progress is linear and doesn't have a start/stop date, which is also why my approach in this membership is comprehensive way. The annual membership is the best value, but if you're not sure if this is for you, try the 3 month plan and be "all in" with taking action, participating and asking questions to get the most out of it.
